Manama: Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, announced the launch of the "Imkan" programme, offering free evening online revision classes. The programme targets students in Grade 9, secondary schools, and technical and vocational education in government schools, in preparation for final exams for the second semester.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Education Minister stated that the programme will include 41 subjects delivered through 82 virtual sessions via the ministry's online platform on Microsoft Teams. These sessions will be led by selected teachers to support students' understanding of core subjects. He added that participation is optional and that students will receive access links according to scheduled timetables, allowing them to join sessions and interact directly with teachers to ask questions.
The ministry affirmed its continued efforts to develop academic support initiatives using modern technologies to enhance students' readiness for exams and improve learning outcomes.
