Manama: Al Abdaly border crossing, located in northern Kuwait, was targeted in a drone attack that resulted in material damage but no human casualties.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Kuwait Defence Ministry spokesman Colonel Saud Al Atwan stated that specialized teams responded promptly to the incident. They coordinated with relevant authorities to secure the location and ensure safety measures were in place.
Colonel Al Atwan further explained that the Land Force's inspection and explosives disposal teams conducted thorough search and security operations. They successfully removed the drone debris following approved technical procedures, confirming the site was free of risks and securely protected.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized the readiness of the armed forces, highlighting their commitment to performing duties efficiently to protect Kuwait's borders and maintain the nation's security and stability.
