Manama: Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, received Simon Martin CMG, Charg© d'Affaires of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah highlighted the historic ties between Bahrain and the United Kingdom, emphasising the importance of advancing the partnership across various sectors, particularly development projects and infrastructure, reflecting the cooperation between the two countries.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting also discussed issues of common interest and regional and international developments.
