Manama: Hamad bin Faisal Al Malki, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, met with members of the eleventh intake of the Prime Minister's Fellowship Programme during a roundtable discussion.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister emphasized the importance of investing in national talent and developing their capabilities to enhance government performance. He noted that this initiative supports the Kingdom of Bahrain's comprehensive development process, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and guided by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
Furthermore, Al Malki acknowledged the backing of His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister's Court, in supporting national talent. Efforts are being made to provide opportunities that enhance their participation in government work.
Al Malki discussed the programme's role in nurturing national talent, providing participants with opportunities to gain experience and knowledge, thus preparing them to take on responsibilities within the government.
He also reviewed developments in government work and exchanged views with the programme members on related topics.
