Manama:Bahrain: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on various significant events that occurred over the past 24 hours.
According to Bahrain News Agency, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister met with heads of delegations participating in the 126th meeting of the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee of the GCC States, alongside the Governors of GCC Central Banks and the IMF Managing Director. Additionally, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister held a telephone call with the Prime Minister of Malaysia.
Other notable events include the inauguration of the Istidama Centre in Manama by the Deputy Prime Minister and the strong condemnation by Bahrain of the Houthi attack on the Madinah power station supplying the Prophet's Mosque. The Foreign Minister received the outgoing Chinese Ambassador, and the Finance Minister chaired both the 126th meeting of the GCC Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee and a joint meeting of GCC Ministers of Finance and Governors of Central Banks.
In further developments, the Transportation Minister met with the French Ambassador, and the Fuel Price Committee approved Bahrain's fuel prices for October.
