Bahrain-UAE National Guards Strengthen Military Ties with New MoU

Manama: Lieutenant General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the National Guard, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Major General Staff Saleh Mohammed bin Mejren Al Ameri, Commander of the National Guard of the United Arab Emirates. This agreement marks a step towards strengthening cooperation and coordination in military training between the two nations.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the MoU is designed to enhance collaboration in military training and facilitate the exchange of expertise and experience. The objective is to improve efficiency, operational readiness, and military capabilities, aligning with the shared interests of the National Guards of Bahrain and the UAE.

Both parties emphasized the significance of fortifying the strategic partnership between the National Guards of Bahrain and the UAE. This reflects the robust relations between the two countries and their mutual commitment to expanding military cooperation and sharing expertise. The signing ceremony witnessed the presence of several senior officers and officials from both nations.
