Bahrain Stock Indexes Close Higher Due to Sector Gains

Manama:The Bahrain All Share Index concluded trading at 1,905.80 points, showing an increase of 2.31 points from its previous close.

According to Bahrain News Agency, this uptick was driven by gains in the real estate and consumer staples sectors. The Bahrain Islamic Index also experienced growth, closing at 918.07 points, which is a rise of 2.72 points from its previous closing level.

The trading session saw 152 equity transactions, with a total volume of 3,322,295 shares and a trading value of BD 767,103. The financial sector was the most active, accounting for 79.64% of the total value of securities traded.
