Advisor to HM King Visits Hawa Al Manama Festival

Manama: Hala Mohamed Jaber Al Ansari, Advisor to His Majesty the King for Cultural and Scientific Affairs, visited the Hawa Al Manama festival, where she was briefed on the event's cultural and interactive programmes by Sara Ahmed Buhiji, CEO of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA). The festival aims to provide an integrated tourism experience for citizens, residents, and tourists.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Ansari explored the cultural aspects of the event, which include museums and exhibitions that delve into the city's history and social life. The festival is designed to highlight the identity of Manama and illuminate an important period in the Kingdom's history, shedding light on the social, cultural, and economic transformations that have influenced the city's development. Additionally, various tourism products are showcased at the event.

Al Ansari praised the organisation and cultural content of the festival, noting its innovative approach to presenting Manama's historical memory.
