Manama:In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, members of Mumtalakat's executive management team have taken part in a tree-planting activity to commemorate National Tree Week. This initiative is aimed at expanding afforestation objectives and enhancing environmental sustainability in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the tree-planting activity underscores Mumtalakat's commitment to supporting the Kingdom's environmental priorities and aligns with the National Afforestation Plan. This plan seeks to increase green spaces and double the number of trees in Bahrain by 2035, contributing toward the Kingdom's aspiration to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.
