Manama:Ibrahim bin Hassan Al Hawaj, Minister of Works, welcomed Jassim Ibrahim Al Najem, the newly appointed Ambassador of Kuwait to Bahrain.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Al Hawaj emphasized the enduring historical ties between Bahrain and Kuwait, noting their shared destiny supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait.
He stressed the importance of continuing to develop cooperation and coordination in various sectors, especially infrastructure, and extended his best wishes to the Ambassador for success in his diplomatic role.
Ambassador Al Najem expressed his pride in the strong historical connections between the two nations and wished Bahrain ongoing progress and prosperity.
