Manama: Yousef Abdullah Al Humood, Undersecretary for Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy, engaged in a meeting with Fawaz Bilbeisi, the Regional Manager for Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Syria at the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Undersecretary highlighted the significance of enhancing partnerships with international financial and development institutions. This collaboration aims to support the development of the financial and economic sectors. Al Humood acknowledged the contributions of IFC in supporting and empowering the private sector, which is crucial for effective economic development.
The discussion also included a review of mutual interests and explored ways to further cooperation between the Kingdom and IFC. Both parties are committed to maintaining coordination in relevant domains and achieving shared objectives.
