Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 1,940.67 points, marking an increase of 4.71 points above the previous closing. This gain was primarily driven by a rise in the financials sector, along with contributions from the materials and real estate sectors.According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahrain Islamic Index also saw gains, closing at 926.08 points, which is an increase of 4.73 points from its previous closing. The day's trading activity included 138 equity transactions, with a total volume of 6,047,370 and a value of BD 1,270,262.Investors focused their trading largely on the financials sector, which accounted for 95.76% of the total value of securities traded.
