Manama: Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, received Dr. Ayse Hilal Sayan Koytak, the outgoing Turkish Ambassador to Bahrain. The Chairman affirmed that relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Trkiye are flourishing through bilateral partnerships, as well as fruitful cooperation and coordination across various vital and development fields.According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Saleh commended the ambassador's diplomatic efforts to strengthen Bahrain-Trkiye relations and advance them towards broader prospects of progress and prosperity, wishing her continued success in her future diplomatic assignments. He highlighted the promising opportunities to further strengthen the ties between Bahrain and Trkiye, particularly in the trade, tourism, and health sectors.The Chairman also praised Trkiye's solidarity with Bahrain and the GCC countries, as well as its continued support for efforts aimed at promoting security and stability, particularly amid the current circumstances a nd challenges.For her part, Ambassador Koytak expressed her pride in representing her country in Bahrain, praising the Kingdom's security, peace, and stability, as well as the Bahraini society's high moral values and its commitment to its authentic national principles, values, and constants.
