Manama: The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), in cooperation with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the United Arab Emirates, continued fulfilling the wishes of several seriously ill children during July as part of the humanitarian partnership between the two organisations, which aims to bring joy and happiness to children suffering from critical illnesses and medical conditions, while supporting their psychological well-being and boosting their morale.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the wishes included a variety of requests, such as electronic devices, educational materials, and other items chosen by the children themselves, bringing smiles to their faces and offering them moments of happiness and hope throughout their treatment journey.
The children and their parents expressed their great happiness at having their wishes fulfilled, affirming the significant emotional and psychological impact of the initiative. They noted that the wishes were granted as a surprise, with the children unaware of when they would be fulfilled, making the experience a memorable moment filled with joy and hope.
The two organisations will continue fulfilling more children's wishes, driven by their shared belief that granting a wish can mark the beginning of renewed hope and provide children with the motivation to continue their treatment journey with positivity and optimism.
