Manama: The Institute of Public Administration and the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) have formalized their collaboration by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU). This agreement aims to enhance cooperation in areas such as training, leadership development, and institutional capacity building.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the MoU was signed by Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of the Institute, and Ali Ahmed Al Derazi, President of NIHR. Dr. Shaikha Rana highlighted that the partnership underscores the Institute's dedication to working with national bodies to advance human capital through specialized training programs that improve institutional performance and promote awareness of human rights.
Al Derazi emphasized that the agreement is set to facilitate the exchange of expertise and the execution of joint initiatives. These efforts aim to bolster institutional practices grounded in human rights principles, thereby strengthening national capabilities and contributing to Bahrain's sustainable development.
