Manama: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a telephone call today from Kaja Kallas, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice President of the European Commission. The focus of the conversation was on the enduring relationship between the European Union and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), as well as the broader Arab region.
According to Bahrain News Agency, both parties explored opportunities to enhance cooperation and coordination on regional and international developments. They also exchanged views on efforts to advance a comprehensive and lasting peace in the region and discussed topics of mutual interest.
