Manama: Ambassador Shaikh Abdullah bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director General of Bilateral Relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, chaired the meeting of the Drafting Committee at the level of senior officials from the foreign ministries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states. This meeting was part of the preparations for the 167th session of the GCC Ministerial Council.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting reviewed agenda items for the ministerial session. Discussions centered on issues related to the GCC joint action process and involved preparing recommendations for submission to the GCC foreign ministers. Bahrain's delegation to the meeting was led by Ambassador Nawar Abdullah Al Mutawa, Acting Chief of the GCC Affairs Sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
