Manama: Government Hospitals, in partnership with Education Plus, will organise the "Love Your Skin 2" awareness event from June 11 to 13 at Marassi Galleria. The event is designed to promote awareness of skin health and its importance to overall wellbeing, while showcasing the specialised dermatology services available at Government Hospitals and the comprehensive care they provide.
According to Bahrain News Agency, a team of dermatology specialists will offer free consultations and advice to visitors, addressing concerns related to skin, hair, and nail conditions and highlighting the benefits of early detection and appropriate treatment.
The programme will include awareness sessions on common dermatological conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, acne, allergies, hair loss, alopecia, vitiligo, and pigmentation disorders. It will also explore the role of vaccinations in disease prevention and their relevance to certain skin-related health conditions.
The event reflects Government Hospitals' commitment to advancing public health awareness, encouraging healthy behaviours, and promoting access to reliable medical information.
