Sudan Condemns Attacks Targeting Bahrain and Kuwait, Affirms Support

Khartoum: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of the Sudan expressed Sudan's full solidarity with the State of Kuwait and the Kingdom of Bahrain and strongly condemned and denounced the attacks targeting their territories, which represent a rejected violation of their sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Ministry stated that these attacks are a clear breach of the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter, posing a direct threat to the security and stability of both countries and the region as a whole. The Ministry emphasized that such actions undermine regional and international efforts aimed at reducing tensions and avoiding further escalation and conflict.

Sudan expressed its support for Kuwait and Bahrain in confronting any threats to their security and sovereignty. The Ministry affirmed its categorical rejection of any hostile acts targeting civilians or vital facilities, calling for respect for state sovereignty, good neighbourliness, and adherence to international law.

The Ministry also reiterated its support for all efforts aimed at achieving security and stability in the region, affirming the legitimate right of both Kuwait and Bahrain to take necessary measures to protect their security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity in line with international law and the United Nations Charter.
