Bahrain Responds to Iranian Attacks with Diplomatic and Defensive Measures

Manama: Bahraini daily newspapers today focused on local events that happened over the past 24 hours. The Bahraini government's response to recent Iranian attacks has been multifaceted, involving diplomatic channels, military defense, and public solidarity.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahraini government has sent a fifth letter to the UN Secretary-General and the Security Council President addressing the Iranian attacks. This move highlights Bahrain's commitment to seeking international support and resolution through diplomatic means. Meanwhile, the Bahraini Defense Force (BDF) General Command reported the destruction of 125 missiles and 203 drones since the onset of the Iranian aggression, demonstrating the country's active defense strategy.

In related developments, the Interior Minister expressed gratitude to His Majesty the King, who is also the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, for visiting the ministry. The Interior Minister also visited the Civil Defence General Directorate, emphasizing the importance of internal security measures during these times.

Furthermore, six individuals were arrested for posting videos related to the aftermath of the Iranian aggression, signaling Bahrain's stance on maintaining order and controlling information that could incite unrest.
