Autumn Fair 2026 Concludes with Resounding Success, Attracting Over 200,000 Visitors

Manama: The 2026 Autumn Fair concluded its activities at Exhibition World Bahrain, attracting a large public turnout and distinguished international participation, which enhanced its position as one of the Kingdom of Bahrain's most prominent commercial and entertainment events. The 36th edition of the fair achieved notable results, with more than 200,000 visitors during its ten-day run.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Dana Osama Al Saad, Deputy CEO for Resources and Projects at the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority, said the success of Autumn Fair 2026 reflects the effectiveness of the integrated partnership between the public and private sectors and the pivotal role major exhibitions play in supporting tourism and commercial movement in Bahrain. She noted that this year's edition saw significant growth compared with 2025, with sales volume increasing by 112.6% compared with last year, exhibitors increasing by 15.7%, participating countries increasing by 8.3%, and exhibition space increasing by 40%.

She explained that the large visitor turnout, alongside the scale of international participation, reflects growing confidence in the events hosted by the Kingdom, and in its advanced infrastructure and modern specialised facilities, which can attract and organise major regional and international exhibitions and events, enhancing Bahrain's position as a leading regional hub for conference and exhibition tourism.

On his part, Mohammed Ebrahim, General Manager of Informa Bahrain and the organiser of the fair, said the successful conclusion of this edition reflects a commitment to delivering an integrated event with added value for both exhibitors and visitors, confirming that the Autumn Fair has become a firm annual platform that brings together shopping, entertainment and business opportunities.

He noted that this year's achievements provide an incentive to continue developing the fair in future editions to meet audience aspirations and enhance the sustainability of this long-standing event as one of the region's leading shopping festivals.

This year's edition saw broad participation, with more than 600 exhibitors representing over 24 countries from around the world, including a notable GCC presence of 63 exhibitors from the State of Kuwait, 57 from the Sultanate of Oman, 31 from the State of Qatar, 10 from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and 87 from the United Arab Emirates, contributing to the variety of products and services offered to visitors.

It was noted that Autumn Fair 2026 included a variety of international pavilions presenting thousands of imported products displayed for the first time in the Bahraini market, alongside traditional handicrafts, traditional foods and a variety of family activities, contributing to a rich and comprehensive experience for visitors of all ages.
