Manama: Shaikh Duaij bin Salman bin Duaij Al Khalifa, President of the Civil Service Bureau (CSB), participated in a virtual meeting with members of the third edition of the Future Governments Leaders programme, organised by the Office of Government Development and the Future in the United Arab Emirates: Shaikh Duaij bin Salman bin Duaij Al Khalifa highlighted Bahrain's ongoing efforts to advance the civil service system, enhance government readiness, and improve public sector performance. He also discussed strategies to strengthen institutional flexibility and the pivotal role of the CSB in boosting government performance and enhancing the efficiency of government employees.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Duaij bin Salman stressed the significance of investing in human capital and nurturing future leaders. He applauded the UAE's Future Governments Leaders programme for its instrumental role in equipping emerging leaders with essential future skills.
