Manama: Bahrain All Share Index has closed at 2,046.73 points, marking a decrease of 0.86 points below the previous closing. This decrease was due to a drop in the financial sector. Bahrain Islamic Index also saw a decline, closing at 994.89 points, marking a decrease of 10.85 points below the previous closing.
According to Bahrain News Agency, results indicated that 95 equity transactions took place with a volume of 1,772,376, which were worth BD 519,213. Investors traded mainly in the financial sector, which represented 66.38% of the total value of securities traded.
