Egyptian, Norwegian Foreign Ministers Discuss Regional Developments

Cairo: Dr. Badr Abdelatty, Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates, engaged in a telephone call with Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide to discuss regional developments.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the call addressed the situation in the Gaza Strip and emphasized the importance of coordinated international efforts to ensure the consolidation of the ceasefire agreement. The conversation also focused on transitioning to the second phase of the plan proposed by US President Donald Trump.

The discussions further covered developments in Sudan and the Horn of Africa, reflecting the ministers' commitment to addressing pressing regional issues collaboratively.
