BDF Commander-in-Chief Golf Championship Begins with Over 80 Participants

Manama: The annual Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Commander-in-Chief Golf Championship began today at the Bahrain Golf Club with the participation of more than 80 players. The championship aims to promote and develop golf in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is considered one of the club's most significant annual events.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the championship is held under the patronage and support of Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the BDF. It is one of the longest-running and largest championships in the Bahrain Golf Club's calendar, organised annually since its first edition in 1974 under the direct follow-up of the Commander-in-Chief.
