Riffa: Riffa Sports Club, the Khalid Abdulrahim Group of Companies (KAR Group), and Aramex Bahrain have signed a partnership agreement, establishing the latter two as official sponsors of the club for the current sports season.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the signing ceremony witnessed the presence of key figures including Shaikh Abdullah bin Khaled Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Riffa Sports Club, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa, Vice Chairman. Representing KAR Group were Khalid Abdulrahim, Chairman, and Mohammed Khalid Abdulrahim, Group Chief Executive Officer. Yanal Anz attended on behalf of Aramex Bahrain.
The agreement stipulates that logos of the Khalid Abdulrahim Group of Companies and Aramex Bahrain will be featured on the First Football Team's shirts and throughout the club's facilities and amenities during the one-season contract period.
Shaikh Abdullah bin Khaled expressed satisfaction with the new sponsorship, acknowledging the enduring support from KAR Group and welcoming Aramex Bahrain's involvement, which he believes will enhance the club's financial capabilities and highlight the private sector's role in supporting sports and youth.
Khalid Abdulrahim reaffirmed his commitment to the partnership, emphasizing that involvement in the sports sector aligns with KAR Group's social and national responsibilities.
Yanal Anz commented that the agreement underscores Aramex Bahrain's dedication to supporting national sports initiatives and empowering the youth of Bahrain.
