Manama: Marwan Fouad Kamal, Undersecretary for Youth Affairs, underscored the importance of continued support for Bahraini youth and their empowerment across development sectors, noting that the achievements of youth initiatives reflect the Kingdom's promising young talents and national ambitions.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Kamal spoke at the annual ceremony organised by the Mulhemoon Association to celebrate its achievements. He stated that the results achieved align with the Ministry of Youth Affairs' strategy to develop youth skills and enhance their ability to compete at both local and international levels. Kamal added that the ongoing successes demonstrate the strengths of Bahraini youth in leadership, creativity, volunteer work, and innovation.
Iman Faisal Al Salem, Board Member of the Mulhemoon Association, highlighted the association's role in empowering young people, developing their skills, and fostering initiative and leadership, in line with the Ministry's strategy. She noted that the association also works to strengthen partnerships and create an environment that encourages innovation and active participation in community initiatives.
The ceremony featured a documentary on the association's development from a youth-led team into an institutional entity, and included the recognition of supporting entities, partners, and outstanding young achievers.
