Youth Minister Commends Injaz Bahrain’s Role in Youth Empowerment

Manama: Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfiqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, visited Injaz Bahrain and was briefed on the organisation's journey and its achievements in equipping youth with practical and leadership skills for effective integration into the labour market. Her Highness Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Injaz Bahrain, was present.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister commended Injaz Bahrain's pioneering national achievements, highlighting its role as a distinguished Bahraini model in investing in youth by empowering them, developing their capacities, and preparing them for the future. She noted that Injaz Bahrain's work represents a leading national experience, with specialised programmes that have equipped large numbers of Bahraini youth with practical skills and knowledge, enabling them to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving world and contribute effectively to comprehensive development.

For her part, HH Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa expressed pride in the ongoing partnership with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, noting that empowering Bahraini youth lies at the core of the organisation's priorities. She said that, through its various programmes, Injaz Bahrain seeks to provide youth with practical experience and life skills that enhance their self-confidence and open broader prospects for the future.

HH Shaikha Hessa bint Khalifa emphasised that Injaz Bahrain continues to deliver advanced programmes aligned with youth needs, contributing to their empowerment and equipping them with practical skills and experience that prepare them for excellence and success, while strengthening their capabilities in innovation and initiative.

During the visit, Minister Tawfiqi was introduced to a range of programmes and workshops implemented by Injaz Bahrain aimed at preparing youth for entry into the labour market, developing their skills across various fields, and enhancing professional readiness. She also toured the organisation's facilities and reviewed the training work environment that supports youth creativity and innovation.
