Youth Minister Chairs Hope Network Meeting to Discuss Future Initiatives and Achievements

Manama: Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs, chaired a remote meeting of the Hope Network to review its achievements, upcoming initiatives, and youth projects. The meeting outlined plans for 2026, including a series of events aimed at enhancing international cooperation in youth work.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Minister Tawfiqi praised the network's accomplishments in 2025, highlighting its expanded membership, which now includes 47 members. This growth underscores the network's increasing prominence on the global stage. She noted the support of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who views the network as a key model for unifying international efforts to empower youth.

The network has documented 34 pioneering youth practices that serve as models of empowerment and innovation. It has also developed its digital platforms to become a global hub for knowledge exchange in youth work. The Minister emphasized the active role of the network's members in sharing experiences and best practices, which has enhanced its global influence on youth empowerment.

She called for continued cooperation among member states to achieve the network's goals and foster the development of a more aware and entrepreneurial generation. This collaboration under the Hope Network is seen as crucial for enabling youth to become future leaders and drivers of development.
