Vatel Bahrain and Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Sign MoU to Enhance Hospitality Training

Manama:Vatel Bahrain has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea and Spa, reaffirming their commitment to collaborate on practical training, professional development, knowledge exchange, and specialized consultancy. This partnership aims to nurture qualified talent to meet the needs of the tourism and hospitality sector.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the agreement bolsters Vatel Bahrain's educational model, which integrates academic learning with real-world experience. It will offer students training opportunities in a professional hotel setting, enabling them to gain hands-on experience in international service standards and various operational departments.

The MoU outlines a close collaboration between Vatel Bahrain and Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq to identify training opportunities that complement students' academic studies. This partnership is designed to provide students with a better understanding of professional expectations and current industry practices, thereby strengthening the link between hospitality education and the workplace.
