Tokyo: His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, sent a written letter to Shigeru Ishiba, the Prime Minister of Japan.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the letter was delivered by Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and UAE Special Envoy to Japan, during a meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office in Tokyo.
Both sides discussed means to enhance bilateral relations under the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership signed in 2022. Dr. Al Jaber emphasised the UAE leadership’s commitment to further developing cooperation and advancing ties to new strategic levels. He also highlighted opportunities for collaboration in key sectors, particularly economy, trade, energy, industry, advanced technology, and space, which contribute to supporting sustainable development goals in both countries.
