Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Sports Affairs executive director Abduljalil Asad asserted his support to the tennis and swimming federations to ensure smooth application of their respective programmes.

This statement was announced at the annual regular meetings conducted by the BOC Sports Affairs Directorate with national sports federations.

In two separate meetings, Bahrain Swimming Federation vice-president Khalid Rabea, and Bahrain Tennis Federation general secretary Fuad Al Ruwaie presented their upcoming plans as well as their administrative and financial reports to Asad, in the presence of representatives from both federations and BOC directorates.

Asad expressed his appreciation for the efforts of both federation, stressing the keenness of the BOC to harness all efforts to support the other sports federations in order to promote their outputs, and continue their successes and achievements.

Also present at the meeting from the BOC side were Sports Federations director Hisham Al Blooshi, Strategic Planning director Hasan Abdullatif, Sports Federations section head Fadi Humaidan, Federations Financial and Human Resources head Hood Al Mannai, Finance and Purchases head Hasan Al Khaja, Projects manager Lounes Madene and internal audit head Ahmed Al Omari.
