Manama:The Labour Fund "Tamkeen" has announced the launch of its enhanced "Digital Enablement and AI Programme," aimed at advancing the digital transformation of Bahraini enterprises across various sectors.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the programme seeks to provide micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises with the tools necessary for digital growth, by facilitating the adoption of digital technologies to boost productivity, operational efficiency, and competitiveness. Tamkeen offers support covering up to 50% of eligible costs for software solutions and related services, aiding businesses in achieving sustainable development and enhancing their competitiveness both locally and globally.
This initiative is an enhanced version of the original "Digital Enablement" Programme and offers a wider range of options and flexibility for businesses to access advanced digital solutions tailored to their specific needs. It aligns with Tamkeen's strategic priorities for 2026, which emphasize high-impact areas on the economy and the development of career pathways for Bahrainis.
