Sunni Endowments Council’s Chairman Dr. Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed Al Hajri confirmed that the actual work has begun on the project to build a mosque in East Hidd housing project with an estimated total value of the projects is BD980,000.

This came in implementation of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s order to develop and build mosques all over the Kingdom, under the supervision of the Sunni Endowment Directorate.

Dr. Al Hajri praised the support and interest of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister towards expanding and developing mosques in housing areas all over Bahrain.
