Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) Chairman Shaikh Salman bin Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa stressed Bahrain’s strides and string of projects as part of the development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa .

He noted the commitment of the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to bolster Bahrain’s standing as a premium business hub to attract investments in all fields,including the real estate sector.

SRLB Chairman made the statement as he paid a visit, along with Tourism Minister Fatima bin Jaffar Al Sairafi, the new state-on-the-art Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre, to take stock of the progress of work on the project in Sakhir.

He stressed the importance of the milestone which features showrooms, conference halls and meeting rooms designed to host events, celebrations and various occasions.

He praised the progress of work on the centre which will host international exhibitions and events, the first of which will be Cityscape exhibitions Bahrain Real Estate and Jewellery Arabia, which will be held on November 22, 2022.

He commended the efforts exerted by the Minister of Tourism and the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibition (BTEA) and the Ministry of Works to follow up on the project, being constructed near Bahrain International Circuit on a land covering 278,900 square metres, with a constructed area of 141,120 square metres.

The project was designed according to the latest architectural standards to comply with the visions and ambitions that make the Kingdom of Bahrain a leading investment and tourism destination.
