Manama: Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, expressed his commendation for the recent directives issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. These directives focus on reducing the maximum monthly instalments for beneficiaries of the Mazaya programme and expanding the housing options available through the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Speaker Al Musallam highlighted that these directives are a testament to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister's dedication to improving the living standards of citizens. He emphasized the importance of supporting parliamentary proposals and fostering enhanced cooperation between the legislative and executive branches under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Speaker further noted that the initiatives would contribute significantly to the sustainability of housing projects, thereby promoting family and residential stability across Bahrain.
