Southern Governorate Suspends Camping Season Following Iranian Attack


Southern governorate: In light of the repercussions and exceptional circumstances arising from the Iranian attack that targeted a number of sites, and as part of efforts to take all necessary measures to safeguard public security and safety, the Southern Governorate has announced the suspension of the camping season effective March 2, until further notice.



According to Bahrain News Agency, the governorate emphasized that this measure is being implemented in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Interior. The period from March 3-6 has been designated for the removal of tents and associated equipment. The governorate also highlighted the importance of cooperation from campers and desert visitors, urging adherence to the official instructions issued to ensure the preservation of security and public safety.
