Southern governorate: The Southern Governorate recently held its annual staff recognition ceremony to honour the contributions to administrative excellence and spotlight the Governorate's achievements set for 2025. His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Governor of the Southern Governorate, acknowledged all employees in the presence of Brigadier Hamad Mohammed Al Khayyat, Deputy Governor.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during the ceremony, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali praised the staff's dedication to enhancing productivity and performance. He emphasized that the Governorate's achievements are in line with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The accomplishments for 2025 reflect ongoing guidance from General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, and a commitment to community partnership and continuous engagement.
Maryam Isa Al Mannai, Director of the Human and Financial Resources Directorate at the Southern Governorate, highlighted the professionalism, specialized expertise, and participation in training programmes and workshops of the staff, which reached a 92% participation rate. This has supported innovation and service to the community.
Special recognition was awarded to Dr. Muneera Ibrahim Al Subaie for creativity and innovation, Eid Saad Rabeea for training achievements, and Jassim Khalid Al Moqahwi and Anoud Mohammed Al Subaie for leadership in administrative initiatives.
