Manama: The Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) has introduced a Virtual Customer Service Centre as part of its strategy to broaden digital services and streamline procedures. This new centre allows customers to finalize all transactions electronically and schedule video appointments via the national appointments system 'Mawaeed', eliminating the need for in-person visits to SLRB offices.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Diana Faisal Sarhan, Director General of Resources and Information Systems, highlighted that the initiative aligns with governmental efforts to promote digital transformation and enhance service delivery. She emphasized that the video service aims to offer quicker and more efficient support, which includes addressing enquiries, providing technical guidance on system usage, coordinating with pertinent departments concerning applications, and gathering customer feedback.
Sarhan also mentioned that the Virtual Customer Service Centre incorporates ongoing evaluation mechanisms designed to assess customer satisfaction and pinpoint areas for improvement, thereby elevating service quality and institutional performance.
Customers can utilize the video appointment service through the national appointments system, and further details are accessible on SLRB's website under the Help Centre section. The service operates during official working hours, from 7:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
