Manama:Exhibition World Bahrain: The Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) is participating in the second edition of the Social Housing Innovation Conference and Exhibition 2026, an event held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The conference runs from September 29 to October 3.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event is organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank, in collaboration with the GCC General Secretariat, as part of the fourth GCC Housing Week.
SLRB is presenting its latest real estate services, projects, and digital technologies at the conference, with its pavilion functioning as a fully equipped branch. Visitors can complete transactions, obtain documents, and consult specialists on-site.
Bassem bin Yacob Al Hamer, President of SLRB, emphasized the Bureau's commitment to developing an integrated real estate system that relies on reliable data, efficient procedures, and modern technologies. This initiative aims to enhance the sector's competitiveness and support sustainable growth.
Among the key digital services showcased by the Bureau are the Off-Plan Sale Registration Certificate, live real estate transactions and analysis dashboards, the "Taa'akad" service for verifying property restrictions and accessing official price data, instant ownership transfer, electronic mortgage registration, virtual property access, and instant ownership information services.
