Ali bin saleh al saleh: affirmed that the approach of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa establishes a progressive civilisational model rooted in the cohesion of all segments of society with the government to build a nation founded on the principles of responsible citizenship and genuine loyalty. He noted that this approach reinforces values of belonging and shared responsibility in safeguarding national achievements, preserving security and stability, and ensuring continued progress and prosperity.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Shura Council Chairman expressed deep appreciation for the royal directives delivered during His Majesty's meeting with a number of officials, noting that they reflect a prudent leadership vision in addressing the repercussions of the Iranian aggression with resolve and determination, while placing the Kingdom's interests, security and stability above all considerations.
He highlighted that the national efforts led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in undertaking all necessary measures to ensure the continuity of essential services and the smooth conduct of daily life under the current sensitive circumstances, represent a high-level implementation of His Majesty's directives and vision. He commended the Government's competence and professionalism in managing developments, in a manner that safeguards national interests and strengthens stability.
Al Saleh underscored that the royal directives to initiate immediate legal action against those who betray the nation or undermine its security and stability, and to review eligibility for Bahraini citizenship, reflect the consolidation of the rule of law and the pursuit of justice in accordance with the principles of responsible citizenship and genuine loyalty. He stressed that citizenship entails responsibility grounded in allegiance and belonging, contributing to strengthened national cohesion and the protection of societal unity.
He further noted that the cohesion and awareness demonstrated across Bahraini society reflect the depth of the bond between the leadership and the people, affirming that citizens remain the cornerstone in addressing challenges through their steadfast support for the leadership and active contribution to national efforts.
The Chairman concluded that the Kingdom of Bahrain will continue to move forward with confidence under the leadership of His Majesty the King and the efforts of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, adhering to a civilised approach in safeguarding its security and sovereignty, while maintaining its firm commitment to promoting peace, prioritising dialogue and political solutions, and avoiding escalation and conflict, based on the shared conviction that safeguarding the nation's security and stability is key to sustaining its development and prosperity.
