Manama: Essam bin Abdullah Khalaf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Regulation Authority (RERA), emphasised that the fourth edition of Cityscape Bahrain 2025, held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, continues to enhance the Kingdom of Bahrain's leading position in attracting major international real estate events.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Khalaf commended the strong participation of prominent local, regional, and international developers, reflecting growing confidence in Bahrain's real estate environment and its rapid development. He noted that these achievements stem from the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the ongoing directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He emphasised that this support has advanced the real estate sector and positioned Bahrain as a model for sustainable development and high-value investment.
The RERA Chairman expressed his appreciation to His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for patronising and inaugurating the exhibition at Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB), noting that this reflects the leadership's commitment to strengthening the sector's role in driving economic growth. He highlighted that Cityscape Bahrain serves as an important platform bringing together industry leaders and investors to showcase the latest projects and trends shaping the regional and global real estate market, reinforcing Bahrain's status as a competitive investment destination.
