Manama: Ali Ahmed Al Derazi, President of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR), welcomed Miles Armitage, the newly designated Australian Ambassador to Bahrain, residing in Riyadh, during a familiarisation visit aimed at exploring avenues for collaboration in areas of shared interest.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Derazi extended his best wishes to Ambassador Armitage for his upcoming diplomatic tenure, emphasizing the significance of bolstering communication, cooperation, and the exchange of expertise, especially in matters concerning the protection and promotion of human rights.
