Al Khobar: The Bahrain national senior table tennis team has advanced to the semi-finals of the West Asia qualifiers for the 2026 World Championships in London. The team is set to face Qatar on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Al-Qadsiah Club Hall in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Bahrain secured its spot in the semi-finals by finishing at the top of Group B in the preliminary round. The team achieved this by defeating Iraq with a score of 3-1 and overcoming Oman with a 3-0 victory.
Only one team from these qualifiers will earn the opportunity to compete in the World Championships.
