Beirut:President Joseph Aoun of Lebanon held a meeting with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, during the latter's visit to Beirut.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between Lebanon and Qatar. The two leaders also addressed recent developments in Lebanon and the broader region, emphasizing the importance of efforts to de-escalate tensions and enhance security and stability.
