Cairo: The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States strongly condemned the continued Houthi attacks against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, most recently the launch of a ballistic missile towards Riyadh and attempts to target other cities and areas in the Kingdom.
According to Bahrain News Agency, in a statement issued, the League said that these attacks represent a dangerous escalation and a violation of the Kingdom's sovereignty, security and territorial integrity, as well as a threat to civilians and the security and stability of the region.
The League reiterated its full solidarity with the Kingdom and support for the measures it is taking to protect its security and sovereignty, affirming that its security is an integral part of Arab national security. The statement called for an immediate halt to the attacks and respect for the Kingdom's sovereignty and the rules of international law.
