Manama:In support of the National Action Plan aimed at achieving carbon neutrality, the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Legal Affairs organized a tree-planting event at the Ministry of Labour headquarters. This initiative aligns with National Tree Week, which was launched by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the event was attended by His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, as well as officials and employees from both ministries.
The tree-planting event underscores the commitment of Bahrain's ministries to environmental sustainability and the broader national goal of carbon neutrality, as articulated by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
