Hanoi:General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, met with Major General Dr. Mubarak Najem Al Najem, the Commander of the Police Band, following the band's notable participation in events organized by the Ministry of Interior, including those alongside the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister praised the Police Band for its outstanding national performances and its distinguished presence at international festivals and events. He highlighted the band's role in enhancing community partnership and portraying Bahrain's civilized image.
The minister also acknowledged Major General Dr. Al Najem's efforts in advancing Bahraini music while maintaining its authenticity. He emphasized that the band's involvement in national events exemplifies loyalty, national pride, and Bahrain's rich heritage.
In response, Major General Dr. Al Najem expressed gratitude for the minister's ongoing support for the Police Band's artistic growth and international engagements.
