Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued Edict (77) of 2025 concerning the reorganization of the Board of Directors of Eskan Bank. This decision was made following a proposal by the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning and received the Cabinet's approval.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the newly restructured Board will be chaired by the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning. The appointed members are Mohammed Abdulrahman Bucheeri, Reem Abdulghaffar Al Alawi, Isa Abdullah Zainal, Nabeel Saleh Abdulaal, Najla Mohammed Al Shirawi, Mubarak Nabeel Matar, Abdullatif Khalid Abdullatif, and Balsam Ali Al Salman. The board members will serve a term of three years, with the possibility of renewal.
The edict mandates the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning to implement its provisions. It is effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.
