Manama: His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a cable of thanks from His Excellency Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al-Noaimi, the Minister of Information. This gesture was made on the occasion of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's ratification of the Press, Printing, and Publishing Law.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HE Dr. Al Noaimi expressed his gratitude to HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for his directives, which played a significant role in the approval of the Press, Printing, and Publishing Law. This law was ratified by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa following its endorsement by the Shura Council and the Council of Representatives.
HE Dr. Al Noaimi described the new law as a crucial milestone in the legislative and media development within the Kingdom of Bahrain. He highlighted that the directives and ongoing support from HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister exemplify the collaboration and integration between the Executive and Legislative authorities. This cooperation led to a national achievement that bolsters Bahraini media, enabling it to promote awareness, support development, and highlight the Kingdom's comprehensive growth.
